My Approach & Philosophy
Many life experiences have led me to becoming a therapist. Life is full of challenges. Feeling different than others or not feeling good enough for connection can be difficult and painful. I know from personal experience. It is through difficult experiences and caring support that people grow through their challenges to lead meaningful lives filled with value.
Humans are inherently social beings, and it is through meaningful connections that we find purpose, peace, and fulfillment. All people are worthy of self love and connective relationships. If you feel that you are struggling to live the life that you desire for yourself or are experiencing difficulties that you seem to not be able to make sense of, there is hope for growth and fulfillment.
Asking for help can be a challenge, but it can also be life-changing.
I enjoy hiking, camping, swimming, seeing live music, and exploring Western North Carolina.
