These voices often lead us down paths that are unhelpful, or counterproductive. We might pursue education, careers, and other advancements to fill the whole in our hearts that make us feel less than, or unworthy. When we start learning that the next achievement won’t fill that void and start to connect with and understand ourselves, that’s when we can finally learn to embrace who are.
